ABOUT FKC
Friends Karting Championship
FKC — the Friends Karting Championship — is an invite-only karting series run by a group of friends over a full season of races; there's no public registration. Round by round, pilots battle at indoor and outdoor circuits, scoring points that decide the pilot and constructor championships.
HOW IT WORKS
Seasons & calendar
Each season runs a calendar of scheduled rounds. Every round is held at a track — indoor or outdoor — on a set date.
Race formats
Rounds come in three formats: Practice + Race, Best Lap, and Super Special.
Scoring
Points are awarded by finishing position, F1-style — the winner takes the most, tapering down through the top places. A DNF scores zero.
Championships
Results feed two titles — pilots and constructors. Ties are broken by count-back: more wins ranks higher, then more second places, and so on.
OUR STORY
FKC was founded in 2014. After karting together casually for a while, a group of friends kept saying that “it was good to have some karting races more regularly” — so they turned that into a proper championship, season after season.
